We are a twelve minute walk away from the main Morpeth train station (NE61 2SL). Upon exiting the station, go right onto Coopies Lane towards Bridge Street, continue into Sanderson Arcade.

Parking

Three-hour free car parking is available in Stanley Terrace car park. Stanley Terrace car park is adjacent to Sanderson Arcade and is managed by Northumberland County Council. You will need a parking disc to park in this car park. Parking discs can be purchased in Sanderson Arcade.

Stanley Terrace North Car Park

  • Maximum stay 3 hours (no return within 4 hours).
  • Monday to Saturday 8am - 6pm.
  • Parking is free of charge.

Main Conditions of Use

  • Display parking disc showing time of arrival on windscreen.
  • Park wholly within marked bay.
  • Do not exceed the maximum stay.
  • Display a valid Blue Badge when parked in disabled bay.
  • No HGVS or coaches.

Penalties

Failure to comply with the conditions of use and regulations within the relevant Traffic Regulation Order may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being issued.

Disabled Blue Badge Holders

Disabled badge holders can park:

  • Without time limit in a disabled bay.
  • Up to the maximum stay in a non disabled bay (display parking disc).

Ample accessible parking spaces can be found at the town centre car park at Stanley Terrace, found adjacent to Sanderson Arcade.

Two electric charging points are also located at Stanley Terrace car park.

Our Centre

Sanderson Arcade is all on one level making it easy to access and get around all parts of the centre. You will find a complementary blend of restaurants, bars and shops including anchor stores such as M&S and Next.

Accessibility

The centre is laid out on one level with all stores fully accessible for wheelchair users. You can hire a wheelchair free of charge from the centre by contacting 01670 510967 on arrival.

Our surfaces are level and easy to walk on.

Fully-fitted accessible WCs with emergency pull strings can be found in our toilets located within Austin House with no radar access key required. Baby changing facilities can also be found here.

Dog Friendly - Sid Approved!

Our centre is fully dog friendly with some of our stores and restaurants welcoming your pooches too. Look out for the Sid approved symbol to find out where your four legged friend can join you in having a pawesome time.

In Post Lockers

Missed a delivery whilst you've been at work? Not got around to getting to the post office during your break? No worries! We've partnered with InPost to bring parcel lockers to Sanderson Arcade to make online shopping and sending parcels super easy. The lockers are available 24/7 and are located by Morpeth Bus Station.

  • From the South: take exit B1337 Morpeth and continue onto A197, at the roundabout take the second exit onto A197 and continue straight.
  • From the North: Take exit A192 Morpeth then at the roundabout, take the first exit onto Morpeth Northern Bypass. At the second roundabout take the fourth exit onto A192.
