Mountain Warehouse Signs Five-Year Lease

Outdoor clothing specialist Mountain Warehouse has signed a lease for a further five years at Sanderson Arcade, Morpeth.
Since its opening in March 2011, the store has
become a staple in the Arcade, with customers visiting from far and wide to
take advantage of the unit’s high quality outdoor clothing and equipment.
Lottie Thompson, Centre Manager at Sanderson Arcade, said: “Mountain Warehouse is one of our core retailers within the Arcade and is a great asset for tourists visiting Northumberland who want to explore all the fantastic countryside we have on offer here in the region. We’re looking forward to seeing the store get even busier over the next few years.”
Sanderson Arcade is currently at 100% retail
occupancy rate and has already seen footfall levels return to pre-pandemic
numbers. The centre sees on average over 50,000 people visiting per week.
Mountain Warehouse is situated in the centre of
Sanderson Arcade in between Barluga bar and restaurant and fashion clothing
retailer Phase Eight.
The Morpeth store covers over 2,805 sq.ft and
includes a mix of outdoor
clothing and equipment for the whole family.
