Mountain Warehouse Pitches Up in Morpeth Ready for Spring

Outdoor clothing and equipment specialist Mountain Warehouse is taking a 2,800 sq ft unit at Morpeth’s award winning Sanderson Arcade development.

The retailer joins JoJo Maman Bébé and Monsoon in the phase two line up of the successful town centre development which opened in November 2009.

Mountain Warehouse, which has 120 stores across the UK and Ireland, is currently fitting out in Morpeth ready to open in March. Founded in 1997 with its first store in Swindon, the company stocks a fantastic range of outdoor clothing and equipment with some great deals and special offers.

Mountain Warehouse is taking a ten year lease on the new unit at the Arcade which will open in the Spring, JoJo Maman Bébé and Monsoon also opening at the Arcade in the next few weeks.

Centre Manager Debbie Anderson said: “Morpeth is a really good location for Mountain Warehouse and the store is a great addition to our phase two line up. We have got a busy few weeks at the Arcade and are looking forward to welcoming all our new retailers to the centre.”

JoJo Maman Bébé and Monsoon are both currently fitting out their new stores and are due to open at the end of March with an official opening of the phase two development planned for April.
