A Merry Morpeth Christmas Market!

Morpeth Market place will be hosting a special Christmas Market this Saturday (December 12th).
With over 25 unique local stalls the market will take place from 9am until 3pm and shoppers will be spoilt for choice with a large selection of festive products.
Stalls include the ever popular Geordie Bangers who will have special festive flavours available including his famous Christmas pork stuffing and George Wardle Plants with his fantastic range of festive wreathes.
There will also be hot food on the go with festive pies from Gingersnaps and Memories of the Black forest selling traditional German bratwurst to keep shoppers warm while they’re browsing.
Shelley Louise will be on hand with her handmade jewellery and signature scents which make perfect gifts.
And for the foodies there will be The Cherry Tree with their special Christmas gift packs, Luckie Beans with their gourmet coffee and Kenspeckle with some delicious chocolate treats - perfect stocking fillers for those with a sweet tooth!
Julian from Julian’s Fruit and Veg will also be present to take those all important veg orders ready for Christmas Day.
Free face painting will also be available from 11am to 2pm.
The weekly Wednesday market will take place throughout December with a market on Wednesday 16th and Wednesday 23rd December. The Morpeth monthly Farmers’ Market will be returning in February – just in time to get gifts for Valentine’s Day!
Morpeth Market is managed by Northumberland County Council and Sanderson Arcade, working in partnership with Morpeth Town Council, Morpeth and District Chamber of Trade and other local organisations through the Morpeth market working group.
